Registration Fees

The organizing committee has decided to waive the registration fee.

IMAV 2021 attendees will be able to register under two different registration categories/rates, as shown below. The type of registration and the maximum number of final papers covered by one registration of a given type is also provided.

Full registration includes access to all technical sessions, exhibits and the competition.

All final paper submissions must be accompanied by a paid full registration fee from at least one author.

Each team member participating in any of the competitions should pay a full author fee according to their category i.e. non-student or student.

Only accepted teams will be able to register. Please, see the “Call for Competitions” for details. Accepted teams will be sent a “Team Code”. Only with this code team members will be allowed to fill the registration form.

Any payment receipt should include transaction number, date and time.

For visa purposes, please check the thick box at the bottom of the registration form.

General Public fees

Special fees will be available for people wishing to attend the conference or the competition only as public (i.e., no paper will be presented in the conference neither participation as team member in any competition).

Places for the general public participation will be limited.
